Q:  Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No. You are not required to sign a service contract with Green Steps

Q: Can you update or convert my existing website?
A: Yes – in most cases we can use your existing website when you sign up for one of our monthly plans.

Q: What if I need more updates than the ones included in my monthly package?
A: You can pay a per update fee or you can upgrade to the next level of service. Your choice.

Q: Do I have to pay monthly hosting fees or renew my own domain name?
A: No. Our packages include all hosting fees (And domain name fees if they were registered by GSD)

Q: Can you setup online payments through my website?
A: Yes – there is an additional one-time setup fee for this.

Q: Can I choose to use another web host?
A: Yes. We can help you preform this for a standard fee.

Q: I loved my experience with GSD! What can I do to help your business?
A: Refer us to your friends. This is one of the highest compliments we can receive. A review on google, yelp, or yellow-pages would help too!
